Thank you to the owner, Shannon Hart, and Manager, Deborah, of the Chicken Express in Bowie for making us a great deal. Our Meals on Wheels recipients enjoyed a tasty meal of chicken tenders, cream potatoes with gravy, a roll, and a cookie for dessert. Erica and Veronica picked the meals up and delivered them to the church where Kay, Deborah, and Les were waiting to deliver the meals to the recipients. Erica and Lucy prepared a delicious meal of beef ravioli, fresh cucumber and tomato salad, garlic toast, and a homemade oatmeal raisin cookie for dessert.
